​Studio Policy, effective September 2025

Monthly payments are required in advance during the first week of each month and can be made via cash or Zelle. Tuition is non-refundable. Students are allowed to schedule up to two make-up classes per semester if canceled with 24 hours' notice.

 

Lessons canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

​

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult to and from the studio.

​

If a student wishes to discontinue lessons, written notice must be provided one month in advance.

 

Parents and students consent to having their photos or videos shared publicly on the studio's website and social media

platforms.

​

Participation in recitals is optional but highly encouraged.

​

Rates cover all performance preparations, including recitals, exams, and competitions.

​

Please note that competition and exam fees are not included in the rates.
